When the world came to a standstill in 2020, many professionals faced uncertainty. For Jennifer Bishop, it became a turning point. For the next year and a half, Jen worked alone, coaching professionals on how to use LinkedIn to grow their businesses. But she quickly realized a challenge: while she could provide strategy, execution often lagged, clients were too busy to consistently send messages, post content, or follow up. Exploring email marketing opened new possibilities, and during this time Jen met Asil first as a client, then as a collaborator.

Together, they built what is now, Sader Agency. While Asill brought expertise in operations by managing campaigns, data, reporting, and the growing team. Jen focused on sales and client relationships. Over time, their roles evolved, reflecting the agency’s growth and maturity.

Today, Sader serves clients across the globe, from the US and Canada to the Middle East and Asia. Many have remained for years, a testament to the agency’s consistent value. A standout story is a private equity client who steadily increased budget and responsibility, trusting Sader to deliver results without needing constant meetings.

But beyond client success, what drives Jen most is people:
