Rising Through Dedication: Anoushey’s Journey
Introducing to you all, Anoushey Fayyaz, our Head of HR and Project Manager Anoushey’s journey with Sader is a true story of growth, perseverance, and passion. She first joined the company as a Virtual Assistant, eager to step into the business world and be part of an organization that embraces innovation and adaptability. What drew her most to Sader was its ever-evolving nature, a place where change is welcomed, and people are encouraged to grow alongside the company.
Over time, her dedication and people-first mindset helped her rise to a leadership position where she now heads the Human Resources department and oversees project reporting lines between the company and its clients. What began as an opportunity to learn has evolved into a meaningful career, one where she supports others, drives growth, and contributes to Sader’s continued success.
Early in her career, Anoushey realized how crucial clear communication is to achieving smooth operations. She ensures that her team’s processes and records are always up to date, accurate, and easy to interpret for clients, keeping collaboration seamless and transparent.
Her leadership is guided by strong work ethics and deep understanding of people. She believes that assigning the right responsibilities to the right individuals is essential. This not only enhances productivity but also builds trust and confidence within the team. For her, teamwork at Sader feels like a family, a group of people working together, supporting one another, and celebrating every milestone as a shared success.
What motivates Anoushey every day is the sense of purpose her role gives her. Being in a position to support people, encourage development, and help shape the company’s culture brings her genuine fulfillment.
To her, Sader can best be described as inclusive, dynamic, and insightful, a workplace where people grow together, ideas flourish, and every achievement is the result of teamwork and trust.
On the lighter note Anoushey says” Our teamwork is fun, productive, and enriching. It’s like a family giving its best to raise a child aka our projects”
