Meet Hajira, our Chief Client Success and Projects Manager at Sader Agency. She’s known for her positive energy, her care for people, and her ability to keep projects running smoothly while building strong relationships with both clients and teammates.

Hajira’s journey with Sader began by coincidence. While freelancing, she came across an opening for a Junior Quality Analyst at what was then JBC. Out of curiosity, she applied, not knowing much about the company or what they did. “I thought, what’s the harm?” she says with a laugh. That simple decision turned into a career full of learning, growth, and exciting opportunities.

Rather than one defining “aha” moment, she’s had many small realizations that continue to guide her, the biggest being that any problem can be solved with the right mindset.That belief has shaped how she approaches challenges, with creativity, determination, and a calm mindset.

One of the projects Hajira is most proud of is the Turkish Mealbox campaign. It gave her the chance to use her language skills and cultural background to connect with clients and lead the project from start to finish. “It reminded me how much I enjoy working with people from different regions and cultures,” she says. “It’s one of my favorite parts of the job.”

Hajira believes empathy is key, when it comes to managing her team and clients. She focuses on open, honest, and kind communication, making sure everyone feels heard and supported. “I try to really listen to what people say, and even what they don’t say,” she explains. “When communication comes from a place of empathy, everything else falls into place.”

Ask anyone at Sader, and they’ll tell you Hajira is one of the biggest advocates for teamwork. She’s proud to be part of a group that not only supports one another professionally but also genuinely enjoys spending time together. To her, the team’s positive energy and mutual respect are what make Sader such a special place to work.

Hajira credits her work ethic to lessons learned from her father, “Never back down from hard work. You either do something wholeheartedly, or you don’t do it at all..” Each morning, she approaches the day with intention, determined to make it meaningful and productive. That quiet discipline and dedication have become the foundation of her professional success.
